Our local volunteers Mr. Surjya Padhi and Mr. BNR Subudhi confirm that the Berhampur Municipality has approved and issued this engineering order (dated Sept 15, 2016). This has been a long struggle and we feel buoyed by the sweetness of this success. Yet, we must be vigilant and work together for months to come to see an “end to end” finish to the shared vision and generosity of so many!
